2. Services

 Amber and Heather Ltd. provides travel and tour-related services, including but not limited to guided tours, travel packages, transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and travel assistance.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

• Customers receive a quotation; however, the booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• A  30% deposit may be placed a minimum of 4 months before departure and balanced by instalments. The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before departure.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and include only the services specified in the tour package

Customers are responsible for:

• Valid passports and visas sent by email 7 days before departure to: amberandheathertours@gmail.com
• Travel insurance
• Compliance with local laws and health regulations

4. Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

1. More than 30 days before departure, a full refund less administrative fees: £50.
2. 20 - 15 days 40% of the tour price;
3. Less than 15 days, no refund.

5. Cancellations by the Company

• The Amber&Heather Tours Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to insufficient bookings, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour, rescheduling, or a refund as applicable.

5. Changes to bookings

• Requests to change travel dates or participant details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety, operational or weather - related reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amber&Heather Tours Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, political events, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries, accidents, or medical issues occurring during tours, except where caused by proven negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, itineraries, and branding, is the property of Amber&Heather Tours Ltd. unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings or inquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless customers notify the company in writing via email before the tour.

10. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

• Any complaints should be reported immediately during the tour so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.
• Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days after the tour ends.
